New school constructed on an extremely tight existing school site. The new facility was constructed in two phases with the school remaining operational throughout the contract. The school includes automated passive ventilation, photovoltaics and the installation of a sprinkler system. A separate contract was carried out to divert site services and relocate the school into temporary accommodation on the site. The project won an award from Kent County Council for Best Public Building 2012 - Education.
