Pier Street


A Gateway Housing Association development of five blocks together with a landscaping refurbishment. Blocks 1 and 2 included a refurbishment of an existing block including new TV and door entry systems.  Blocks 3 and 4 included 56 new apartments comprising both shared ownership and social rented accommodation.  Block 5 consisted of 12 terraced houses over 3 floors for social rent.  All properties were designed to achieve Code of Sustainable Homes Level 4.
