Refurbishment and remodelling of the existing centre with a new extension incorporating high specification drama and music rooms serviced with underfloor heating, mechanical and natural ventilation. The extension incorporates 130m2 of photovoltaics and 54m2 solar hot water panels.  The extension also incorporates a theatre with ventilation, stage lighting and audio visual systems.
