It was great to visit the LFC Integrated and Equipment Logistics building, another successful project completed alongside Fulker Bailey Russell.

Norman Bromley completed design performance duties and were retained as client technical advisors on this exciting project on behalf of the London Fire Brigade.

The building, used as a training and testing facility for the London Fire Brigade is a heavily serviced building and includes sprinklers designed to the High Hazard category with in rack heads, general and specialist ventilation, cooling, automatic openable vents to the warehouse, a 200kVA standby generator, 40kWp of photovoltaic modules and fully automated lighting to name but a few of the services.
