Norman Bromley Partnership carried out the detailed design of the mechanical and electrical engineering services for the Heritage Lottery Funded project in the listed Town Hall.

The facility is provided with environmentally controlled archive stores.

The project also included the conversion of a cinema over into a multi-function cinema and Town Council’s chamber.
