New three storey building with the ground and first floors generally being provided with 2-person, 5-person and 10-person offices for specialist aeronautical / high-tech start-up companies. The ground floor also includes the reception, cafeteria and conference facility. The second floor was let as an open plan office.  All office space is air conditioned.  A central communications / data room was provided along with IT infrastructure.
