Refurbishment of 19,000m² highly serviced office block as Medway Council's main office. The works were predominantly associated with the upgrading and replacement of mechanical and electrical engineering services including a new fire alarm system and new lighting, power and data installations to office areas. The design was completed in four weeks with an installation period of 12 weeks.
