New build, high specification office block arranged over five floors. The building is heated and cooled by a Hiross underfloor air conditioning system. Each floor is divided into six zones and within each zone is a vertical air handling unit (cam unit) which provides heated or cooled air into the floor void. The conditioned air is supplied in to the space by floor fan tile units which regulate the air to maintain the space conditions. Fresh air is supplied via roof mounted air handling units to each of the cam units. 

Cooling is provided by a roof mounted cooled chiller providing chilled water to each air handling unit and cam unit. Heating is provided by gas fired boiler supplying hot water to each air handling unit and cam unit.

Electrical power and data is distributed via the floor void. Lighting to all areas is fully automatic.
